Job Description
The Windfall is partnering with a Private Equity firm that is seeking to hire an Administrative Receptionist on a Trial to Hire Basis. This is working at their midtown, Manhattan office which is HQ for the Americas. You will be joining the already established Workplace team of 4. The group works extremely hard, contributes to the entire office, has a team-oriented training program and keeps a positive atmosphere. You will be supporting the entire office, while reporting into and supporting the Workplace Manager and Lead Reception. This role is working in the office Monday - Fridays from 8:00/8:30am-5:00/5:30pm with the flexibility for overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant work experience with similar responsibilities
- Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, Expensify, Zoom are a plus
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and grow with the company
