What You’ll Do As a Part-Time Interviewer / Recruitment Support, you’ll play a key role in our hiring process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.
- Providing support to the recruitment team by organizing and maintaining candidate records.
- Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, interviewing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A professional and approachable demeanor.
- A passion for helping others succeed in their career journey.
