We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Hanover, PA and help us attract and retain great talent across the organization.About the RoleThe Recruiting Coordinator researches, develops, and implements effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for L2 Brands. This role partners closely with the production management team and hiring supervisors company wide, and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. In addition to recruiting, this position plays a key part in workforce retention analysis, employee engagement programs, and HR compliance initiatives.What You Will DoRecruitmentPartner with the production management team to recruit for hourly production positions and salary positionsEnsure all federal and state employment laws, regulations, and standards are metDevelop staffing strategies and programs to identify talent within and outside the organizationIdentify effective external recruiting sourcesSupport programs that help the organization embrace applicants and employees of all backgroundsWorkforce Retention and AssessmentCollect and analyze workforce retention metrics, including turnover, tenure trends, exit interview feedback, and absenteeismDevelop clear, data driven reports that highlight risks, strengths, and progress over timeProvide actionable recommendations to improve retention, engagement, and onboardingEmployee Programs and ComplianceReview and respond to employee suggestions each monthCoordinate Employee of the Month nominations and presentationsHelp plan and execute company events, wellness programs, and facility toursMaintain accurate employment records and support annual compliance reportingWhy L2 BrandsL2 Brands is an equal opportunity employer.
