Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate with experience designing, integrating, and validating vehicle electrical systems to ensure functionality, compatibility, and performance .

Rate Range: $34/Hour to $36/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Systems Integration Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design and develop vehicle electrical system schematics and integration solutions.
• Perform ECU software flashing, configuration, diagnostics, and functional validation testing.
• Support electrical device transmittal processes, compatibility reviews, and interface validation.
• Develop and maintain system FMEAs, DVPs, and validation plans for vehicle programs.
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve failures.
• Provide technical support during prototype builds, pre-production activities, and plant launches.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in electrical systems integration, vehicle electrical architecture, or systems engineering.
• Strong experience in electrical schematic design, ECU integration, CAN networks, and vehicle electrical systems.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis, system validation, software flashing, diagnostics, and cross-functional systems engineering activities.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
